What will happen to the information you send us?

When you request product information, send us an Incoterms-related question or request a course trial,
your details will be added to our newsletter distribution list.

This list is never shared with any other party, and is only used for this purpose

Newsletters are sent out between four and six times a year, and contain articles on the Incoterms rules and
their application, information on Mantissa training products and guidance on eLearning

How to remove yourself from the list

At the bottom of every newsletter there is an "Unsubscribe" link. After you have unsubscribed, you will
not receive further newsletters. We will of course be happy to reinstate you if you ask us

Accounts for courseware trials

If we have set up a courseware trial for you that has not been utilised or completed, you may
receive reminders from time to time. To stop receiving these reminders, email us and we will delete the account
